What is a Working Group?
A Working Group is any team, department, practice group, geographical office location or other logical grouping of one or more individuals within a law firm that elects to subscribe to CounselCast on a group subscription.
The scope of a Working Group can be as broad as the entire law firm, as narrow as one individual within the firm or any breadth in between.
Examples of Working Groups you might create include: “New York Office"; "M&A Section"; " "IP & Technology Group - Palo Alto"; “Mid-West Region”; "Firm-Wide"; "Sally Smith’s Team," etc.
Since separate departments, practice groups and office locations may each have unique marketing objectives and budgets, the ability to create distinct Working Groups provides each group within the firm maximum flexibility to join and pay for CounselCast on its own subscription.
Each Working Group must designate one individual (an Account Administrator) to manage and pay for the subscription on behalf of the group.
